About the CTAS-DISPLAY Desktop Torque Tester

The CTAS-Display-SM and CTAS-Display-DC are portable, handheld or desktop torque analyzers. They are machined from billet aluminum providing strength and durability while being lightweight. The digital electronic components are selected for their accuracy, stability and long service life. The industrial terminations provide durability even when the unit is dropped. These instruments are our best portable torque analyzers. When used in conjunction with the CTAS Intellect transducers the system accuracy can be ±.25% of indicated reading. The Display SM and Display-DC instruments can store and process captured torque data. Stored data can be exported via serial communications.

CTAS-DISPLAY SM


The CTAS-Display-SM is a “sequential” memory instrument. Memory capability is 999 readings, FIFO with the ability to send stored data out via the serial port. Data is sent as .csv format.

CTAS-DISPLAY DC


The CTAS-Display-DC is a “data collector” instrument. It has file capability, Tool Manager. Allows users to create tool files and associate data to the tool file. It is necessary to use Tool Manager software to create files and transfer them to the Display-DC as well as bringing the file and data back into the PC. Intellect transducers with Benchstand are “Plug and Play” and are auto recognized when connected to the Display-SM or Display-DC instruments.

CTAS-DISPLAY T


The CTAS-Display-T offers two different instrument sizes, a a 7” and a 10” (imperial) or 177mm and a 254mm (metric) touch screen display analyzer. The Series features high resolution touch screen display with 32 GB of memory for file and data archiving. Single or multiple digital transducer inputs and single or dual channel options. System accuracy of 0.5% indicated reading for top 90% of transducer range. Digital transducers and cables are required with these Displays.
