About the MFS/HFS Series Flange Spreaders
Among CanTorque's newest products are our Flange Spreaders. They have set the standard for separating flange joints powerfully, efficiently, and safely. The tools offer the following benefits and features: Wider spreading - using the our optional bolt on adaptors allow our spreaders up to 30% more flange spreading distance than a traditional tool. Unrivalled power - now offer up to 15T of spreading force, which provides additional confidence when spreading. Narrower jaws - the tools are 8% more narrow than our previous models. Safer working – every flange spreader system includes a safety block that keeps flanges in place even when spreaders are removed. Safety blocks - designed to maintain a safe gap when working on open flanges. Easier maintenance – end-users will appreciate the ease with which the tools can be maintained. No pinch points – our spreaders have been engineered to overcome finger pinch-points.

MFS9T Mechanical Flange Spreader
This general purpose, entry level spreading wedge is mechanically operated using the supplied torque-wrench.

With minimal torque applied:

HFS15T Hydraulic Flange Spreader
This high output spreader can be used individually or with multiple spreaders and is actuated by an external hydraulic hand-pump.

HFS15TI Integrated Hydraulic Flange Spreader
This high output self-contained spreading wedge is actuated by an integrated hydraulic hand pump eliminating the need for hoses or external pumps.
